Skijalište Vučići
Ski Resort Vučići is located just 1.5 km from the center of Ogulin, in the village of Vučići, and was built entirely through the voluntary work of the members of the Ski Club Ogulin, who also manage and maintain it.
Locals skied here as early as the mid-20th century, but over time the slope became overgrown since it was not maintained. In 2011, dedicated club members began restoring the slope, initially preparing 200 m of ski track and 100 m sledding area, later extending the ski run by an additional 250 m.
The unique feature of this ski resort is that entry is free – instead of tickets, donations from visitors are welcome. Over the years, many sponsors, along with the City of Ogulin, have supported the project, helping Ski Resort Vučići gain recognition beyond Croatia’s borders, for which all members of the Ski Club Ogulin are deeply grateful.
