🥾 Hiking Route: Jasenak – Vrelo – Bjelolasica (Kula Peak)
The route starts in the village of Jasenak, located in the heart of Gorski Kotar. From there, it leads toward the village of Vrelo, passing through forest roads and mountain landscapes. After Vrelo, the trail continues toward Bjelolasica, the highest mountain in the Velika Kapela range. The ascent to Kula Peak is steep but rewards hikers with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountain peaks and valleys.
Hiking Tips:
Footwear: Sturdy hiking boots are recommended due to rocky and steep sections of the trail.
Water and Food: Bring plenty of water and light snacks, as there are no sources of drinking water along the route.
